Its the only organisation with Full Range of Salon Beauty Products into SKIN, BODY & HAIR as compared to its large competition. Company is Ranked No 2 in Chennai region in terms of competition. Its now in massive expansion mode.

Role: Head of Sales (Skin & Cosmetics)

Reporting to Founder/Director

Whom are we searching for?

We are looking for a Co-Promoter who can build the sales organization of the co, which is a professional, result oriented and process driven organisation. He would be the head of sales either for professional division.

We are NOT looking for an employee looking for standard industry hike in salary or wanting to work gain a large role in a smaller sized business.

Why we need him?

We need him / her to complement the current set of promoters by adding sales competency and driving the team towards the achievement of a shared objective.

What is he / she expected to do?

1. Build a professional (selling to salons) sales team

2. Scale business PAN India

3. Achieve targets arrived basis business plan

Currently professional division is operating in south, with ASM heading in every state, which needs to be beefed up.

Critical Success Factors to succeed in the assignment:

1. Needs an attitude and willingness to dirty the hands

2. Patience to handle & nurture the frontline sales team

3. Fire in the belly to build faster

4. Resourcefulness to build long lasting team

5. Burning ambition to get compensated for the Business Generated

6. Being street smart in achieving results, who can live in current moment

7. To relocate / be based out of Chennai and willingness to work in a office where you need to make your own coffee.

Whats the return for the risk?

To be an entrepreneur without starting from scratch. It's a funded company with proven business concept.

1. Shares valued up to 10 crores at the end of 5 years or worth up to 4 crores in 3years

2. Offers a Fixed salary basis current salary. More the increment from current salary, lesser the shares and vice versa.

3. Earn incentives every year basis performance

4. In Short term earn directly proportional to performance and in long term get rewarded for the earlier risk taken and building share holder value

Demographics:

- Capability to scale sales team to All India

- Should have worked in South and Non South Markets as ASM or above

- Should have handled a planning function

- Current CTC not less than 25+ lakhs

- Current Position not less than a zone of 4 states. Experience of atleast 4 years as head of East/West/North or South (region comprising of atleast 4 states)

- Exposure to Multiple channels - Fragmented or Open Trade, Super stockist, Modern Trade, CSD, Beauty Advisor Operations (shop in shop) OR Professional business (selling to salons)

- A steady track record - successive few years in companies worked, growth within a company

- Headquarter in Chennai

- Thorough knowledge of sales processes and control

- Sales team motivation

Psychographics :

- Achievement orientation

- Willingness to take risk and expect big returns - Entrepreneur

- Preferably looking to become an entrepreneur

- Dirty his hands and being practical

- Need to see this company stay for atleast 5-7 years

- Unbiased, co-operative outlook, readiness to learn. If not from same industry but from a related industry.

Preferred but not must :

- Age around 40, agile

- Ability to build a team - worked in any new division or company setup from scratch

- Previous experience of working with promoters

- Wanting to have more shares than salary

- Worked for few years and gained promotion in top 5 FMCG companies in India

Selection process :

- 3 Meetings - With promoters and Investors - To be wrapped within 30 days of first contact
