Leadership opportunity with one of the fastest growing companies in Agroscience while reporting directly to the founders and heading the entire crop inputs vertical including seeds, insecticides and pesticides


Client Details :

One of the fastest growing companies in the AgroScience vertical in India with multiple rounds of funding from some of the largest VCs in the country

Description :

- In- depth understanding of use of Agri Input (Synthetic and Organic) - seeds, inputs and Crop Protection across India.

- In- depth understanding of Biologicals, Microbials and application crop wise.

- Extensive Network of all kinds of Input Suppliers and manufactures region wise across India.

- Deep and vast knowledge on inputs used in agriculture and changing trends.

- Complete clarity on the supply chain and related pain points.

- Inherently innovative, creative and have a knack of finding new ways to improve productivity

Profile :
 
- BSc / MSc - Agriculture with PhD in agriculture. (Tier 1 College)

- At least 15 + years in the Agri input industry with Relevant experience of Leading MNCs / Start-ups in the input domain.

- Exposure in handling agriculture related products

- Good knowledge of crop, seeds and plant nutrition and plant protection etc

- Good track record of leading successful teams and networking.

- Clearly demonstrated leadership abilities
