Job Description : 1. Work from Anywhere/Home, you can choose your own location. 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in management experience in Sales for SaaS products. 3. A proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at a fast-growing company with multiple sales segments with an inbound and outbound model 4. Build and train members of the Sales Development team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities 5. Help to define performance metrics by which the Sales Team will be measured 6. Coach Sales Team through shadowing, role plays, process improvement, and performance reporting in recurring 1:1s 7. Partner with regional managers to develop campaigns that align with their regional goals based on a territory plan 8. Leverage creative marketing and sales tactics to help the Sales Team prospect and engage with multiple buyer personas to introduce Company's value 9. Manage Sales Team reports and dashboards to ensure the results they deliver can be easily understood by stakeholders throughout the organization 10. Ensure sales accepted opportunities are sourced in accordance with company targets, and that our sales organization has enough opportunities to work with to be fully productive 11. Iterate on the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training and enablement with respect to the Company core values 12. Work closely with marketing, sales, and people ops to ensure the Sales Team onboarding program and ongoing training is up-to-date on our current product offering 13. Partner closely with Sales and other members of the Sales Team Management team to improve opportunity management and qualification processes 14. Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new Sales Development Representative 15. Familiarity with B2B software and the HRTech product space will be a big plus 16. Experience with CRM software (HubSpot preferred but not mandatory) 17. Experience with prospecting tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc
