Head: Retail Sales

- Excellence in managing Sales Functions, organize the operations of General Trade, Modern Trade & Key Account Management at regional level; experience of Category Management, Marketing; Retail Sales & Business Operations Management.

- Delivers the overall territory sales objectives, fine-tunes & monitors the execution and takes pro-active initiatives to cease every opportunity to increase the sales in accordance with the company policies & strategies.

- Designing & implementing competitive strategic sales plans for generating and expanding market share for achieving revenue & profitability target.

- Monitor and review the sales targets, potential for expansion, evaluate promotional schemes in the sales team and devising overall product portfolio strategies; evaluating market trends and steering bus identifying & penetrating new market segment.

- Increasing revenue and growth through strategic sales solutions, building channel partner alliances.

- Formulating and implementing yearly business strategies to ensure attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell through

- Managing budgets, sales forecasts & reports as per business plans to achieve maximum sales and enhance business revenue; planning & executing new product launch; analyzing industry trends & prices on an ongoing basis, conceptualized and proposed interventions like promotional schemes targeted at specific segments / geographies.
