Company:
The client is a fast-growing innovative fractional real estate startup based out of Gurgaon and Bangalore. They are looking at hiring a Sales & Channel Management Lead to be part of their core team who can build processes, teams, and solutions to sell commercial real estate in fractions to a sophisticated client base.
- As part of the core team, you will work with cross-functional teams in the origination, evaluation, and design of product offerings, improving the technology platform and overall enterprise growth.
Channel Development :
- Managing the complete channel partner network; devising strategies for the achievement of sales target
- Team Management
- Hiring and grooming of team members
- Imparting product training to the team members as well as to channel partners
CRM :
- Provide high-quality customer service; attend their immediate queries/ complaints regarding service levels and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for further business
- Business Development & Marketing
- Executing effective marketing plans, including product launch structures
- Managing exhibition, implementing sales promotional activities as a part of the product launch, brand building and market development effort
