JOB SUMMARY
Job Description:
- Leading the sales team to achieve desired Sales Goals.
- Develop Strategies of Sales Growth and Marketing Plans to accelerate sales.
- Real estate background is a must.
The key responsibilities of the role are as under.
a. Work closely with senior management & partners. Take strategic initiatives, and forecast market needs.
b. Identify New Markets and business opportunities. Define cluster/geography-wise sales targets Take & set desired sales targets.
c. Develop sale proposals, and quotations, & establish the best & effective product pricings.
d. Design & execute branding strategies, and promotional material.
e. Launch marketing campaigns & other project-level marketing plans.
f. Monitor ATL, BTL, digital, and other marketing spends.
g. Enhance sales closure ratio through effective marketing strategies, incl. brand elevation, digital marketing & repeat customers.
h. Identify new channel partners (CP) & reinforce old partners.
i. Enhance profitability; increase direct vs channel sales ratio.
j. Set high-performance standards & goals for sales team.
k. Identify key roles & cross-train sales team members for succession planning.
l. Keep self & team abreast with latest market.
m. Encourage sales ethics to foster trust & credibility.
Key skills:
a. Must have proven track record of independently driving sales, generate revenue & deliver outstanding customer service.
b. Must have in-depth knowledge of real estate industry with comprehensive expertise of product pricing & placement to target potential client.
c. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
d. Exceptional Leadership skills.
e. Ability to manage/influence multiple stakeholders.
f. High business acumen.
