Head - Sales - Real Estate (10-20 yrs)
- The incumbent will be responsible for business through Sales Channel and Call Centre which will include Acquisition of new Developer & Broker Tie-Ups.
- The person will be leading sales team and managing the entire P&L, with a strong focus on driving sales, developing teams and optimizing operations.
- (S)he will have a team of Sales Managers/ Team leaders and work closely with the CEO and Management to drive business objectives across cities (of operations).
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end of the business goal including annual operating plans, developing channels and driving productivity
- Recruit and develop sales organization, performance matrix and KPIs for the team.
