Designation: Sales Head (Female candidates only)

Location: Chennai, Bangalore

Total Experience required: 10-20 years

Responsibilities:

- Handling and leading sales for Chennai/Bangalore for Real Estate projects for "Technology Park Project"

- Securing sales from HNIs / NRIs and Corporate clients. Meeting sales targets.

- Contributing to sales strategy

- Negotiating with corporate clients

- Participating in international real estate exhibitions

- Communicating and providing MIS to the management

- Leading and motivating the sales team

- Candidate should be from anywhere - willing to re-locate to Chennai or Bangalore
