Looking for candidates having a minimum of 10 years of experience with Real Estate Developers based out of Pune. Key Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Responsible for revenue generation across products and ensure yields across products through Regional/ Project Managers - Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research, and brand strategy - Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share - Conduct regular meeting with Management and sales team to discuss target status, product training, and sales strategy - Should map potential customers and generate leads - Keep a tab on arithmetic calculations, pricing structures, gross margin and profitability - Responsible for brand promotion and lead conversions - Responsible for post-sales services and client relationship management - Coordinate, prepare and launch new products for the assigned market(s) with the cooperation of the respective sales department in the respective regions - Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists, and other sensitive company information - Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans, and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives - Ensures effective control of marketing results and maintenance of designated budgets - Oversees and evaluates market research - Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. - Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly - Directs market channel development activity - Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs quotes and- plans to determine effectiveness. Requirements :&nbsp; - Master's degree in sales, marketing or business administration - Must have advanced computer knowledge and skill - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with progressive management experience - Excellent motivational and leadership skills to inspire performance - Highly motivated with a genuine drive to succeed - Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and challenging environment - Strong communication and presentation skills - Strategic Thinking, Good Leadership, Strong Analytical Skills
