Head - Sales - Product Engineering & IoT Services (12-15 yrs)
Responsible for India-based outbound Sales by developing business from new prospects and managing customers for product engineering & IoT services in global markets.
- Achieve annual revenue growth target.
- Lead & manage India-based Sales Team.
- Manage channel partner relationships and indirect sales.
- Drive opportunities from lead to deal.
- Understand and develop client needs and client relationships.
- Understand and position company's product engineering & IoT services offerings with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing & engineering to submit and close winning proposals.
- Collaborate with engineering to manage existing customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Computer Science (must)
- Diploma/degree in Management (desirable)
- 12-15 years of overall experience in Sales:
Strong experience in leading Sales team.
Strong experience in strategic selling & account management.
Competence in hunting & farming techniques.
Competence in remote selling.
Selling product development/engineering and IoT services.
Handling technology clients in USA, Europe & Far East.
Handling segments such as Consumer, Digital Media, Enterprise, Healthcare, HVAC, Lighting, Logistics, Process Control.
- Hardware/software development knowledge.
- Oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
