Head - Sales - Print/TV & Internet - Media Conglomerate (10-16 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conceptualizing and planning the sales strategy for the company Products.
- Maintaining and enhancing relationship with Partners, Agency & Clients.
- Pitching & Acquiring new business across the markets in India & Middle East.
- Responsible for generating revenue for above mentioned entities.
- Managing and delivering key campaign expectations for clients.
- Managing, mentoring, leading & training sales team across all the entities for better performance.
- Preparing presentations, solutions and key offerings for new and existing clients to enhance the business
- Should have handled sales target of Crores for more than 2 years in any Media / Entertainment Business.
- Should have handled a minimum team size of 25-30 members.
- Should have a passion to work in a start-up kind of interview and increase the revenue three fold over the next two years
