Our client is a leading pharmaceutical client based at Mumbai.
Job Responsibility:
- To head sales for the Critical Care Hospitals business for India.
- Looking after the need of the key customers & ensuring return on investments to maximize the profit of the region.
- Relationship building & management with key decision makers, influencers and stakeholders in Tier 1 hospitals.
- Growing the current business and strengthening penetration for the existing markets.
- Manage the top line and bottom line delivery of the critical care hospitals business.
- Planning, forecasting, and budgeting along with complete responsibility of running sales operations.
- Devising short term & long term strategy to optimize the level of satisfaction of internal as well as external customers across the territories.
- Participating in the evolution of annual marketing plans particularly with respect to key customer, KOLs, new products, existing products, doctor segment strategies and ensuring their execution in collaboration with marketing.
- Identifying and networking with financially strong and reliable channel partners\distributors, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
- Visualize market opportunities and derive strategies through various analysis and data and accordingly implement them to strengthen market share of various brands and overall positioning of the company.
- Building a territory sales infrastructure for effective customer coverage.
Candidate Profile
- Years of experience: 14+ years.
- Candidate should have strong experience in heading the critical care business for the hospitals segment in India.
- Should have an excellent relationship with the CEO- s/influencers in Tier 1 hospitals.
- Strong exposure to scaling up a business.
