Head - Sales - Pet Food/Shrimp /Salmon Feed Business - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (5-10 yrs)
Head of Sales is responsible for managing the business development and all activities related to the successful sale to customers like Pet food Market, Shrimp and Salmon feed market across India, Europe, USA. This individual will also manage the relationship with all assigned national accounts in such a manner that sales goals for these accounts are met or exceeded.

Experience:
- Self-motivated individual who wish to take up a challenge for working with a new age startup environment.
- Strong knowledge of the animal feed and pet food industry.
- A minimum of five years of sales experience.
- Candidates preferred from IIM's and other Tier 1 Institutes.
- Candidates from South East Asia are also preferred.
- Experience with MNC is ideal.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct all domestic and international sales activities.
- Plan and carry out, facilitate all the required lab trials, commercial trials.
- Negotiate and complete sales transactions and contracts on behalf of the company.
- Travel as required and according to budget to further sales results.
- Determine and manage specific domestic marketing activities including domestic trade shows, print advertising and collateral advertising materials.
- Request company technical support as required for domestic sales activities.
- Continually generate new customers in targeted domestic markets to assure the stability and growth of the company's sales efforts.
- Work closely with the CCo - Founders in a manner consistent with all company goals and plans.
- Assure that all company Domestic Sales Department files are maintained in a professional manner.
