Head Sales-Personal care in leading FMCG.  The Position :   Title: Head sales(VP)  Role Definition :  The head sales will be one of the key persons in the new leadership team From a strategic perspective, the head sales will focus on sales - growth across all categories  Key Purpose :  - Develop a plan to realize the company's mission and objective of accelerated profitable growth in revenue and share.   - Channel strategy formulation, execution and management to take the brand into the mass retail segment   - Plan and implement a strong and effective distributor network.  - Build an effective Sales organization that can deliver the vision  Candidate Profile :   - Fifteen to Twenty years of relevant experience  - Knowledge of Sales, ideally in a personal care FMCG business in India   - Business process orientation  - Proven Inter-personal & effective communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders and challenge status quo   - Innovative thinking to develop world-class approaches, to challenge current approaches and build a strong sales and marketing organization  - Strong solutions mindset / business partnering orientation  - Experience / Worked in an ethical Indian promoter run organization would be an added advantage  - Excellent people management & leadership skills
