Head of Sales - Paint/Sanitaryware/Ceramics/Building Material/Electrical-Wires & Cable/ Lighting/Adhesives/ Plywood

- Expertise in handling sales & business development activities, analyzing market trends and establishing healthy & prolonged business relations with clients.

- Proficiency in managing business operations with key focus on top & bottom line profitability and customer satisfaction by ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

- New Market/product Development : Identifying potential areas/vertical segments, for escalating business volumes and achieving sales & contribution targets.

- Ensure the successful achievement of the companies sales goals across all its regions.

- Identify, Develop, Track / Monitor Metric on performance related to Sales Team, for the region and Individual, and Products

- Create and develop programs for national sales and ensure its implementation. This can be done by developing action plans for field sales.

- Build, Implement and Monitor a Communication Strategy for all Customers (Direct and Indirect) that will enable Customer Management, Engagement and Brand Management.

- Develop effective sales strategy and ensure its timely implementation.

- Keep current with demand and supply of company's products/services, economic indicators, changing trends and its competitors.

- Identify and Understand relevant Market Trends and Potential, Analyse, Strategise and present solutions for Organizational Growth which includes Customer Base, Products specific to the region.

- Develop new sales techniques for business growth and profitability.

- Forecasting sales & revenue, identifying new markets and customer segments, developing sales strategies to explore these opportunities.

- Formulating strategies & reaching out to the unexplored market segments for business expansion; exploring new business opportunities in various segments along with concerned branches

Education & Professional Experience

- MBA or PGDM from B. School Minimum 15 years of work experience in leadership capacity in Paint/Sanitaryware/Ceramics/Building Material/ Electrical-Wires & Cable/ Lighting/Adhesives/ Plywood
