Sales Head - Paint Industry
- Implement marketing plan and promotion, pricing, product mix & distribution policies of the company to increase market share
- Gather information on competitors' activities in the region and act upon it for Cos benefit
- Ensure implementation of sales promotion schemes.
- Review dealers' network, strengthen for effective coverage & ensure timely availability of stocks at dealers end through right forecasting.
- Enhance market potential and reach.
- Implement sales incentive schemes and suggest improvements and scheme cost controls.
- Monitor, evaluate & provide feedback on performance of Managers
- Inventory management
- Ensure minimum level of outstandings.
- Ensure adequate after sales service to the dealers.
- Provide information support to H.O.
- Manage, develop & motivate the field managers, officers & sales personnel and improve productivity / yield per month.
Candidate Requirement :
- MBA ; Full Time
- Currently working in Paint / Allied Industry
- Team handling capabilities
- Able to manage a large team .
