Lead Sales Planning and Growth Strategies and Manage strategic initiatives, Sale levers and day to day analytics. Business Strategy and Planning - Prepare annual operating plan, monthly plans, business strategic plans and big events plan - Identify sales levers and execute the same - Create business models to evaluate business scenarios and suggest appropriate actions - Devise sales strategy that facilitates growth - Manage central sales planning and daily calendar Product and Analytics - Work with Product team to build products - Prioritization, UAT testing, adaptation and impact assessment of new product features - Monitor daily trends and map out strategies to take actions and course correct the same - Manage development of key dashboards and alerts - Eliminate duplicate efforts by automating processes and projects within team - Conduct analysis on business problems by collecting data from all internal and external sources and perform analysis to get answers to business questions - Ensure healthy analytics adoption across organization Business Operations and Program Management - Work with cross-functional teams (finance, marketing, CC, operations and product) to streamline sales events activities - Lead program management of events and approve site frameworks - Push intra-day sales by triggering special promotions - Own key sales initiatives Qualification - Master's in Business Administration - preferably IIMs/ISB - Prior experience in planning/growth and strategy in eCommerce/retail/consulting industry - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
