Antal Hiring for a leading Fertilizer Manufacturing organisation.

The position will be based out of Corporate Office in Pune and will report to President - Corporate Strategy.

The following would be the key deliverables of the role:

- Determining the balance between supply and demand.

- Avoiding wasteful production.

- Improving top line revenues

- Optimizing resources for production.

The following are the key accountabilities and major tasks envisaged for the role:

Setup the Central S&OP team, processes, templates (through external consultant)

- Setup the central S&OP team

- Design process and templates for S&OP process

- Identify interfaces with businesses, corporate functions and define support required

- Design dashboards and reports for senior management

- Identify teams required, work with businesses and corporate functions to allocate resources

- Run pilot S&OP and stabilize over 1-2 quarters

Run the S&OP Process

- Run the S&OP process on an ongoing basis, ensure on time collation of data, analysis, key meetings and implement outcomes decided in the meetings

- Articulate clear trade-offs involved in monthly production plans

- Track adherence to all plans, forecasts and report deviations

- Identify root causes for non-achievement of plan; identify and drive initiatives to correct the same

- Identify root causes for deviation from plans

- Design initiatives to address root causes along with the business/ function

- Create business case along with the business/ function and jointly implement the initiative

The candidate whom we are looking for should be an MBA from a premier Business School preferably with an Engineering Degree with a proven track record of 15 to 20 years with a background of implementing and leading the S&OP process in a manufacturing company of comparable size preferably in a multi-product and process manufacturing organizations.
