 Description - To lead the sales and operations of the south region for a leading Healthcare Brand. The candidate will be responsible for profitable growth of the business by working in close network with Stakeholders of the firm while managing all teams including Sales, operations and logistics for the South Region.

Client Details:

Our client is one of the leading Consumer Health firm in the country. They are a legacy firm which is also a market leader in their space.

Description;

1.) Build and Execute Channel, market and product Strategies:

a. Develop and execute business plan for the growth of the existing business


b. Provide inputs / develop products / offerings for the specific markets


c. Develop and execute the go to market strategy for each state based on the geographical market insights and nuances


d. Develop and service a strong base of B2B clients


e. Drive unique user growth by executing local BTL activities, trials, and any other programs developed for the region


2.) Obtain and maintain a high NPS for the operating units / services in the region by ensuring very high level of service delivery

3.) Manage the team motivation and talent development agenda for the region


Profile:

- Full-Time MBA from a Tier 1 / 2 business school

- 10-15 years of working experience with stints in sales and marketing


- Candidates with Telecom/Retail/Healthcare(Except Pharma)/Consumer Health/FMCG background will be preferred


- Hands on experience in channel management (both B2B & B2C)


- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills


- Command on regional/local language would be preferred


- South Region Experience will be highly preferred


- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills


- Excellent communication skills


- Very high Stakeholder Management Skills / Interpersonal Skills


- Must have good understanding of driving business growth using digital channel


- The candidate should demonstrate the ability to grow business rapidly ( Any substantive experience of rapid growth and expansion will be preferred)
