This is a senior leadership position. Head of Sales Operations will be responsible to handle sales operations in the entire India market across all business divisions. This role includes carrying out tasks on sales planning, leading business development team, and developing the entire sales team. Responsibilities: - To plan and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets - Recruit and develop new partners based on market opportunities in various geographical, product, and market segments. - Plan and Carry out activation and other activities continuously to increase and maintain demand generation as well as close touch with consumers. - Be highly sensitive to consumers- issues and implement a rapid resolution system. - Develop and maintain financial and non-financial metrics to measure channel partner performance, including partner company financials, partner sales bookings, partner marketing capabilities, partner service capabilities, and partner management capabilities. Resolve channel-related issues and conflicts with speed and efficiency - Work in conjunction with the other members of the Davar's sales team to minimize conflict and ensure the right sales distribution entities are pursuing the appropriate customers; - Generate sales reports on a regular basis to characterize all revenue opportunities (indirect, direct and wholesale); Identify new sales opportunities - Manage existing channel partners with an effort to increase business with them &amp; Identify and appoint new channel partners with an objective to bring in incremental business - Manage and control the sales team of 100+; Manage daily sales activities with regional managers and entire sales team. - Perform regular team reviews and work on improvement plans. - Carry out product training to partners and key customers - Create sales plans for new product launches - Seamless co-ordination with all divisions- production, finance, HR, Marketing for smooth and efficient operations. Key Requirements : 1. Min 10 years experience in food ingredients business is a must. 2. At least 5 years in the role of RM, with experience of handling more than one region. 3. Should have handled a revenue of at least 50 crores for more than 2 years. 4. Should have led a sales team of more than 40. 5. Exposure to working on salesforce, with entire automation suite. 6. Must possess strong relationships with key bakers, confectioners, dairies, and channel partners. 7. Strong analytical skills 8. Customer-focused. 9. Ability to create and roll-out trade incentive programs.
