Professional Skills Required -
- Leading and managing sales operations successfully; excellence in conceptualizing and implementing various business strategies.
- Leading Sales efforts, building process muscle and grooming talent for PAN India.
- Coordination with Regional Heads for Strategies implementation.
Responsibilities -
- Responsible for developing the Annual Operation Plan
- Sales Planning and Budgeting
- Creating Business Forecast
- Competitive analysis of Market Trends
- Productivity analysis & Analyse pipeline and lead data.
- Development of Pricing & Recovery Plans
- Training needs analysis and Capability development of Team
- Coordination within the Organisation and outside the organisation.
Education : - Bachelors Degree in Engineering/ Business/ Marketing from Premier Institutes
