Job Title: Head Sales & Operational Planning

Location: North India

Qualification : Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized institution.

Experience : Min. 15+ Years of experience

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). This pivotal role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our sales and operations planning processes to ensure alignment between sales forecasts, production plans, inventory management, and customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales and operations planning strategies that optimize inventory levels, production capacity, and customer service levels.

- Lead cross-functional teams to forecast demand, develop production plans, and manage inventory levels in line with business objectives.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and production teams to gather input, align on forecasts, and resolve any discrepancies.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales forecasting accuracy, inventory turns, and production efficiency, and take proactive measures to address any deviations from targets.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance forecast accuracy, and improve overall operational efficiency.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and customers, to ensure alignment and facilitate effective communication.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the S&OP team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
