Looking for Sales Operations Head with a leading multinational based at Delhi/ NCR. Responsibilities: - Gather accurate insights on market potential, competition analysis - Drive annual/ monthly sales target and ensure accurate sales forecasting - Set sales target basis assessment of market/ account potential, salesforce effectiveness etc. - Analyse competitors and set up and decide on sales headcount, location, individual contribution etc. - Monitor and review sales reporting. - Review of existing client margins, identification of insights on optimum pricing strategy for different segments of clients/ offerings. - Support the review of large bids. - Review bid win-loss analysis, identify key insights and present to stakeholders.
