Head - Sales - Online Business - FMCG (8-14 yrs)
- The Primary KPI of the incumbent will be revenue metrics across the eCommerce that we are present in.
- Building, managing, and mentoring the team to create a high-growth but sustainable engine for the business. This would need bold decisions to meet aggressive targets. The significant autonomy and budgets to experiment across all aspects of digital marketing
- Overseeing our advertising, pricing, inventory, and logistics strategy for these channels. Deciding which SKUs to prioritize. Balancing our e-commerce partners and be responsible for managing all aspects of the relationship including negotiating margins and contracts
- Experience leading marketplace efforts of a VC backed D2C or a digital-first brand is ideal
- Should have been part of an organization that derives significant revenue from online marketplaces: Amazon and Flipkart; Or have scaled the marketplace business significantly
- Should have help PnL responsibility
- In depth understanding of all reports: Inventory, Advertising, and Financial
- Should be comfortable working in a very fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- A passion for your craft
