Key Responsibilities and Tasks :

. Duties & Responsibilities: Your duties & responsibilities will include the following :

Strategy Development :

- Develop 3 year strategic plan of Marketing

- Implement the strategic plan

- Develop market specific Pricing Policies

- Develop market specific products

- Develop strategies to compete with other players

- Develop customer engagement programs for further referrals

- Generate higher revenues per Customer Travel

- Work on alternate channels of revenue generation

Sales & Business Development: :

- Suggest initiate and recommend all measures to maximize sales and generate maximum revenue.

- Meet revenue targets by developing, managing and growing the business.

- Enrollment of facilitators and agencies for increased patient flow

- Establish Hospital and institutional tie ups in identified countries.

- Maintain regular liaison with Hospitals / Government Agencies / PSU / Embassies and the Press / Media

- Develop and managing the Website for business generation through content development and search engine optimization

- Develop tie-ups or International business - Hotels, International Agencies & Travel Agents

- Develop marketing material - Advertisements in Print Media, Advertorials, Online Portals, e-mailers etc.

- Develop various PR channels to reach the target audience

- Participate in Road Shows and Exhibitions relevant to the Hospital business

Customer Service :

- Liaise with other departments to manage end-to-end needs of patients / clients

- Ensure continuity of communication with the patients / clients even after the service is delivered

- Develop relationships to convert all patients / clients in long - term captive audience for the Hospital

- Ensure complete patient satisfaction

Team Building and Team Management :

- Recruit, Induct, Train and manage team of capable people

- Ensure long term retention and manage high motivation levels of the team

- Make and update SOP's of your department and ensure compliance of the same

Operations and Compliance :

- Monitor patient communication process - admission, medical care, discharge etc. from the perspective of maintaining a smooth flow

- Ensure timely handling of queries arising from Facilitators and Web

- Ensure smooth handling of out-of-=town / foreign patients in terms of lodging, boarding and logistics, as required

- Coordinate with various departments like Patient care, Medical Informatics, Medical Nursing Care etc.

- Participate in accreditation process of Hospital like NABH, NABL, ISO, JCI etc.

- Ensure compliance to protocols and regulations related to International Guest arrivals, if required

- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Hospital from time to time.

- Documentation: You are required to ensure documentation of relevant data emanating from your department in the Hospital records of patients. It will be your responsibility to ensure that data from your department is archived and retrieved when necessary.
