Job Description :
This is a India Sales Leadership position. You're responsible for the overall sales area strategy and you take lead in the development of sales, services and marketing activities connected to the offering. By ensuring strong cross-functional collaborations in the wider organization, you contribute in both planning and realizing their strategic direction of delivering profitable growth

- Develop and lead the operations of overall sales strategy for the sales, service and marketing of the mining and construction offerings by the company
- As a part of the global sales leadership team, you ensure that your team in India deliver high growth results in line with the global business development targets and vision
- Support the product and engineering team in developing and customizing offerings in products and services more suited to Indian customers' needs
- Develop a high performing team that exceeds expectations in sales results while upholding the group values and ethics
- You also make sure that they drive common synergies, constant improvements and are compliant to the regulations and frameworks that applies
- Stand as a strong advocate in establishing a safety-first culture and leading the way as a true role model for the organizational values
- You bring a customer-centric, value based and agile perspective, well adapted to customer and market needs, and you look at new business opportunities and ways to extend their current offering to always be the customers' top choice
- Excellent experience of mining and construction, or other relevant industries, and of leading larger sales and service line organizations with intricate sales processes in a B2B environment
- 20+ years' experience of sales leadership, strategic planning and operational performance
- Candidates with a mix of corporate and consulting experience with some experience of working outside India will be preferred
- Should have prior experience of delivering high volume sales growth and a team of over 60 people
- Experience of leading other managers and developing people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Should exhibit excellent leadership and business skills
- A relevant master's degree, such as Engineering or Business
- Excellent verbal and written skills
Job Offer :
