Head - Sales & Merchandising - Women's Apparel (10-20 yrs)
The Key Responsibilities of this role:
- Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new buyers/new markets - national & international, to diversify the portfolio.
Conduct sales forecasting for new collections based on sales reports, customer feedback, the market trend and competitor analysis.
Prepare business plans giving indications of sales volume, trends and profitability.
Develop sales strategies and set sales targets.
Analysis of the monthly sales MIS reports.
Overlook retail store merchandising budget and targets.
Vendor identification and tie ups keeping costs and price points in mind.
Quality check and control.
Collaborate with production, quality and logistics departments to ensure timely execution of all orders.
