Hiring for a Leading Media Group with their business diversified across print, television, radio and digital to head the Sales function for West and South Regions for their tabloid.
A brief of the KRA is given below:
- Generate sales plans with detailed competitive analysis & ensure its implementation to achieve revenue targets.
- Strategize, guide & support the team & leadership to acquire new customers across domains & categories while not just retaining existing customers but growing their long-term contribution.
- Pursue closure of deals and engage in leads brought in by the new comers in the team.
- Maintain sales tracking report to keep track of leads and sales status.
- Be responsible for the increasing the contribution of ad revenue from the West and South Region for their Brand
