Hiring for Head North (Sales) for a large media conglomerate to head the Sales function for their Hindi Daily.

Location : Delhi.

- Good communication skills.

- Strong Team Work, Team Building & Interpersonal skills & ethics.

- Must be well networked with agencies and clients across industries.

- Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.

- Exceptional business acumen, judgement and negotiation skills with the ability to make timely decisions while weighing the risk / reward and impact on the business

- Should have sound problem resolution skills and mastery & control over numbers.

Key Responsibilties (KRA's) For The Profile :

- Generate sales plans with detailed competitive analysis & ensure its implementation to achieve revenue targets.

- Strategize, guide & support the team & leadership to acquire new customers across domains & categories while not retain existing customers but growing their long-term contribution.

- Pursue closure of deals and engage in leads brought in by the new comers in the team.

- Maintain sales tracking report to keep track of leads and sales status.

- Be responsible for the increasing the contribution of ad revenue from the Northern Region the Hindi Daily
