Head Sales & Marketing (Training and EdTech Sector)
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for designing and developing of Marketing and Sales plan as per budget and targets specified in Business Plan
- Responsible for ensuring the development of new campus training centers as per business plan
- Responsible for implementing the approved plan of action for Marketing and Sales to have a targeted number of leads and admissions
- Responsible to work closely with the graphic design team for developing marketing materials in line with brand policies
- Developing strategies for sales campaigns in offline and online mode.
- Idea sharing with Digital Marketing team for online campaigns, USPs and offer available
- Understanding the batch calendar as per Business Plan, Setting the target for leads from each source, and sharing the same with the relevant team
- Conversion of leads to admissions as per targets for each source and ensuring the batch formation as per calendar
- Directly heads the offline and BTL marketing, Campus outreach, campaigns, and seminars for direct lead generation
- Conducting seminars and talks in campuses and corporates for admissions and corporate training respectively
- Admissions and Revenue as per B. Plan every quarter

- Knowledge of CRM and other tools used in the present day for marketing in respect to direct and online marketing
