Head - Technology Development Business for a fast growing international technology company into the E-commerce platform development. Seasoned professionals with minimum 10 years of experience and passion for online technology. Our potential candidate would have worked for a couple of years in development, and then would have good exposure to Pre-sales, and Marketing and Strategy.

Job Description:

- Manage profitability for this business unit

- Bringing strong delivery leadership and processes to drive high quality work for our clients

- Leading, growing and mentoring an enthusiastic team of +100 high energy professionals

- Drive continuing innovation in processes, productivity and automation to increase the revenue per resource

- Identifying and mentoring future leaders

- Developing a progressive recruitment, induction, ongoing training and research system to ensure high quality substance and capabilities in the entire team

- Forward looking in building / adopting new technologies to boost existing operations

- Developing deep rooted relationships with existing and new customers

- Providing them overall account management as well as business consulting

- Align with sales and provide the required pre-sales support for aggressive growth

Job Requirements:

- Sound understanding of Ecommerce technologies

- Should have experience in managing large development teams

- Experience in the LAMP framework is a plus

- Demonstrated successful performance in a client-service focused environment

- Design client solutions, pitch, transition and scale processes

- Strong account management to drive growth from existing clients

- Build and continually improve processes for delivering "best in the industry" quality and productivity

- Recruit the best talents and groom and mentor them

- Design industry leading solutions in the form of services and products to market

1. The person should have a good experience of managing a market program. Market program would include

1. Experience in designing long term strategy for a tech business

2. Partnering with technology vendors

3. Experience in designing sales and marketing programs

4. Actively worked on deal structuring and commercials in the sales process

2. Who can help us to get into new technologies

1. The person should have a background of having launched a new service in an existing org.

2. Experience in launching a new service should include the market side (partnership, marketing, sales programs etc), and the delivery side (building a fresh team from scratch)

3. And if the new service is Hybris, the person will be so much more valuable as this is our immediate need

3. Should be able to work under Saumil in running the program management and engineering processes

1. Would have a sound understanding of program management and engineering processes; would preferable have an operational experience in running a delivery process and some program management experience

2. Should be able to contribute to designing both processes, or can design with Saumil's guidance

3. Will have to run both processes on an operational basis per the agreed designs under Saumil's guidance
