JD :


- Seasoned professional to drive product sales across and revenue growth across the market.

- The incumbent will be responsible to make the market grow by participating in all phases of the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and managing sales cycle from capturing lead to sales closure.

- Generating and qualifying leads meeting all 4 criteria; Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline.

- Develop aggressive hunting strategy to expand our customer base across US, UK, etc geographies.

- Responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans to expand our product sales.


- Develop product GTM strategies and develop marketing strategic plan to execute the same


- Build & nurture a successful Indian inside sales team and provide guidance and leadership to professional personnel.


- Maintains sales associates job results by counselling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.


- Having experience in selling complex data or solution software to large enterprise clients.


- Should be a Go-Getter with a positive attitude

Candidate Profiles:

- From a tier 1 or 2 B-School or equivalent institution (or) has shown fast career growth in a top-tier product sales organization


- 12 years of sales experience in IT Products


-Strong in selling IT Products and Solutions across globe


- Demonstrable experience in a senior sales & Marketing role, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions,


- Proven track record of meeting Sales goals, ability to drive the sales process from plan to close


- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-term goals


- Excellent listening, negotiation, verbal and written communications skills


- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
