- Seeking skilled "Retail Broking/ PCG/Securities" professional for a "AVP / VP - Sales & Marketing" for one of the renowned NBFC's based in each of the Locations - Delhi/ Mumbai/ Ahmedabad .
Key Responsibilities :
- To offer diverse services including Equities, Commodities & Currencies Markets Intermediation, Portfolio Management Schemes (PMS), Depository Services, Mutual fund and IPO distribution, Qualified Depository Participant (QDP) services, Securities lending and borrowing services, corporate advisory and International broking.
- Responsible for developing and increasing overall market share across all the segment
- Managing team and team activities for the branch.
- Identifying Prospective RM, Dealers, and Generating business from the existing & new clients thereby achieving business targets.
- Make strategic planning to grow Business & managing relationships with Retail and HNI clients.
- Negotiating mutually profitable Investment opportunities with clients by creating cross sell and up sell opportunities.
- Planning projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities.
