Job Description :


- Manage Sales, Retail and Marketing for all brands across India


- While reporting into the Executive Director, you will be managing a team of over 70 individuals across functions

Our client is in the top Retail companies in India. They have a strong presence with great established brands. They are growing at a very fast pace in the Indian markets. They are looking for someone who can contribute to/head their Retail, Sales and Marketing teams.

Description

Reporting directly into the Executive Director, you will be responsible for:

- Development & articulation of the vision & strategy for the retail channel


- P&L Ownership - Responsible for ensuring that the revenue targets from the lines of business are achieved or exceeded


- Setting up the complete ecosystem of Omnichannel and online-to-offline business


- Oversee the development and implementation of standards of best practice and operating procedure throughout the retail channel

Profile

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in retail operations and sales


- Great presentation and communication skills


- Passion to architect and experiment with new ideas; ability to think through these pilots/initiatives and deliver clean outcomes


- Problem-solving ability, high levels of analytical horsepower and a strong bias for action


- Desire and ability to think like the customer
