Leadership/Supervisory Role: - Leading the entire Sales and Marketing Function of the organization - Providing leadership over the sales department. He/She will be in charge of developing weekly/monthly/annual and seasonal sales targets for the department, examining growth opportunities, enabling sales improvements, product mix development, and taking responsibility for the department's performance against targets. - Manage the departmental calendar with regards to priorities including launches, promotions, exclusives, and campaign activities for the purpose of maximizing sales opportunities. - Establishing and overseeing the adoption of departmental vision and values, which forms part of the work culture resulting in inclusive growth and healthy competition. - Showcase the capabilities of the company at various industrial forums, both in India and internationally, like Trade Fairs, conferences, etc. - Develops and manages sales marketing operating budgets. Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements. Strategic Role: - Deliver an optimized market mix relative to the core target consumers and identifies the roadmap that will lead to achievement of the department's goals as well as the overall goals of the business. - Implementing sales strategies that further the department's agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business. - The candidate, along with the senior sales management team, creates and implements sales action plans that incorporate key actions that work to set KPI's for the business. - Develop marketing strategies to increase the demand for the company's Services. - Design go-to market strategy and incentivize channel partners to go after right market segments, competitors resulting in business growth Analytics: - Identify areas of improvement in sales strategies and with a view of establishing actionable insights for the improving of sales and business profits. - Observe the brand and make forecasts, identifying new trends ahead of the curve, hence, offering the business a competitive advantage and keeping it ahead of its competition in the market. - Evaluate performance of the current product portfolio and recommend optimization avenues. - Maintain close liaison and productive relationship with the to ensure smooth operations and drive company objectives. Other Duties: - Hire, train and groom Sales/Medical Representatives as required. - Evaluate &amp; approve costing &amp; estimation for customized solutions with the team. - Ensure timely payment collections. - Review &amp; monitor team performance along with providing regular constructive feedback to improve performance of individuals and teams across the organization. - Motivation, retention, and career growth of the team. Candidate Profile: - A formal training in Business Administration and/or Sales and Marketing Strategy. - Work experience of 8-12 years of in Sales &amp; Marketing. - Proven track record of attaining high sales growth in a challenging environment through proper utilization of resources and involvement of team members. Should be a thoroughbred team-player with inherent abilities to mobilize and motivate large teams. - Should have excellent Communication and Presentation skills and should be well versed with use of IT tools for sales. - Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
