Head - Sales & Marketing - Real Estate

- Looking for a visionary person who can manage a large Business Volume and can take the organization to the next level.

- An Out-of-the-Box thinker with a proven track record of increasing revenues, establishing streamlining workflow and creating a team work environment to enhance profitability.

- Core member of the leadership team and collaborates closely with other HODs to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.

- Expertise in Real estate annual Business Planning, Sales force recruitment and training, structuring, New property launch management and Deal Structuring.

Responsibilities: 

- To drive operational efficiency across all the key departments like - Sales, Marketing & CRM.

- Responsible for setting up complete Marketing Vertical (Branding, PR, Lead generation and Activation) and delivering new corporate branding strategy.

- Front leading P&L activities focusing on land tie-ups, branding tie-ups, design, sales, CRM, marketing, approval & construction oversight.

- Driving marketing, sales and CRM to achieve revenue and collection targets as per AOP

- Managing product development with design, marketing and sales to create innovative product positioning geared towards delivering faster sales, cheaper construction and strong customer affinity
