Head - Sales/Marketing - OTC Business (12-16 yrs)
The candidate will be responsible for Strategic Planning and Delivery of Business Results in OTC Market. Background of Digital platform and collaboration with agencies, resources to ensure growth of business in OTC Market.
Education: Graduate in any stream, Preferred Post Graduation
- Responsible for Strategic Planning and Delivery of Business Results and formulate and execute the Marketing plan.
- Proactively lead the business in achieving and exceeding goals with strong collaboration with business partners and resources by way of Digital Platform, Social Media, Exploring Print/Media & Online Platforms .
- Interaction with Internal Stake Holders - Ethical Business Head and Overseas Business Heads to have maximum reach
- Identifying business avenues & explore market opportunities, generating leads and achieving the desired targets
- Collaborate with Medical, CRM teams for Stakeholder engagement
- Strategic interventions to increase the market share and build brands
- Proactively keep the track of markets in collaboration with business partners and resources so as to align marketing goals with Divisional objective.
- Formulate and execute the marketing plan. Monitor the marketing expenditure and keep it within the budget.
- OTC candidate with around 12 -16 years of strong track record in Digital marketing and OTC platform.
- Preferred age: 35 - 45 years, open for higher based on energy level & relevance to the role.
- Strong hold on OTC Campaign Management (Print & Media), Branding/Stakeholder Management etc.
