Head - Sales & Marketing - Nutrition Business

Primary Purpose & Objective of the Position:

Strategize, create and implement sales and marketing function of new product for a start-up company.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategize, create and implement sales and marketing plan for a new product in a start-up venture.

2. Market research, product placement, branding, sales plan, and launch

3. Develop sales growth strategies and action plan to achieve targeted sales

4. Analytics for demand and supply requirement for the product

5. Enterprise collaboration for OTC placements and sales.

6. Plan and implement penetration to enhance volume and launch in new markets in India

7. Strategize, plan and implement for brand value creation and establishment.

9. Coordinate with manufacturing and SCM for the availability of product and product mix.

10. Cost analysis and profitability enhancement.

11. Create sales and marketing team to meet targeted geography, volume, and profits
