Head - Sales & Marketing - Luxury Residential (10-20 yrs)
Sales: -
- Drive Sales through coordination with channel partners.
- Sales of Residential Projects and coordinating with the buyers pre and post sales
- Negotiating Deals for company's Premium and high-end Residential & converting them into sales/tenants.
- Handling team and motivating team members to perform better
- Time to Time coaching of the team members on technicalities of Real estate selling and Negotiations
- Maintaining close relationships with the HNIs, prospects and buyers/tenants, pre and post sale to enhance customer satisfaction, which in turn generates repeat sales.
- Helping buyers to coordinate with banks for faster approval of loans.
- Handling a team and planning and organizing, for sales and sales related activities.
- Tie ups with leading property consultants and maintaining relations with them.
Marketing:-
- Marketing of Residential Projects.
- Coordinating with Ad-Agencies and finalizing creative.
- Preparing Targets for the quarter and ensuring the timely achievement of the same
- Strategizing for project launches and achievement of targets.
- Preparing Sales strategies and ensuring the implementation of the same
- Coordinating and Facilitating for the Project Launches.
- Preparing pricing strategies at pre launch level.
- Preparing Feasibility Reports for Management's investment decisions
- Preparing reports on market competition and Competition pricing.
- Generating Monthly Sales report and Call reports
- Preparing strategies to reach the target audience and generate sales.
