Location: Kolkata Desired Profile: - Should have strong working experience in Eastern India, preferably in Kolkata - Should have expertise of international marketing specifically in countries like Bangladesh, Nepal, Myanmar, middle east, Nigeria, etc Responsibilities: - Promoting mission and vision of the group. - Implementing, in coordination with CEO, the branding plans, and proposals for a group. - Identifying market needs by conducting market research activities in order to understand customer needs, priorities, and aspirations. - Responsible for the strategic branding and positioning of the group by developing and implementing a branding strategy for the group in order to meet and exceed the annual revenue targets. - Conceptualize new initiatives for increasing sales and top of mind recall amongst potential patients/customers and to leverage the Hospital Brand - Explore new geographical areas and markets to promote the hospital brand and target customers. - Strategize, develop and direct marketing and advertising initiatives to ensure correct positioning, market penetration, image creation and achievement of market share and demand generation for the hospital on an international level - Establish marketing contacts with International corporations and international marketing segments - Conceptualizing new initiatives to make the brand a renowned hospital brand across the globe. - Analyze and devise referral plans to attract overseas clients. - To formulate brand plans to undertake business development in International locations.
