Job Description:


- As a Sales & Marketing Head for Forging your primary responsibility would be to lead and manage the sales and marketing team ,Your job would involve developing and implementing strategies to promote and sell to various target markets, such as OEM and NON OEMs. Here are some key aspects of the job description:

- Strategy Development: Formulate sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including market penetration, revenue growth, and customer acquisition. This may involve analyzing market trends, identifying potential customers, and determining the most effective approaches for reaching them.

- Sales Management: Lead a sales team, set sales targets, and establish sales quotas for individuals and the team as a whole. Provide guidance, support, and training to the sales team to enhance their performance and ensure the achievement of sales goals. Monitor sales activities, review sales reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness of leaf springs, generate leads, and drive sales. Develop marketing materials, including brochures, product catalogs, and digital content. Coordinate advertising and promotional activities, both online and offline, to maximize brand visibility and attract potential customers.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, such as automotive manufacturers and distributors. Understand their needs and requirements, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.

- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to Forging. Conduct market research to identify new market segments, assess customer preferences, and gather insights to enhance product positioning and marketing strategies.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment between sales and marketing activities and overall business objectives. Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery to customers.

- Performance Analysis: Track and analyse sales and marketing performance metrics, such as sales revenue, market share, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI). Use data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies and make data-backed recommendations for improvement.

- Overall, as a Sales & Marketing Head, your role is critical in driving the sales growth and market positioning of forging products, while ensuring effective marketing campaigns and maintaining strong customer relationships.
