- Expert in Key Accounts, Strategic Accounts, Market Strategy, Competitive Advantage, Problem Solver., Ability to identify customer requirements and build long-term relationships to develop right Business Strategy for sustainable Market Growth.
- Strategic Initiative & competitive strategy
- Business Development, Client acquisition & New Business generation
- Market Mapping, white spot analysis & innovation launch
- Customer segmentation, directional policy, resource allocation
- Go to Market Strategy
- Business development & exploring new business avenues.
- Customer relationship management and retention activities
