- Responsible for organizing, developing & delivering the company's sales and marketing strategy
- Maintain Relationships with existing clients & acquisition of new clients
- Generating business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis.
- Maximizing sales performance through delivering an exceptional customer experience and by taking customer feedback.
- Implementation of territory growth strategies.
- Sales forecast and review of available pipeline
- Responsible for leading customer acceptance of new product designs
- Identifying and developing sustainable relationship with key accounts at both strategic and tactical level.
- Managing entire sales process - targeting to top prospectus, identifying client solutions, negotiating and closing.
- Also study of all competitors products commercially and technically and analyzing the same.
Experience - 10+ years of experience in Sales of Flexible packaging in India or Africa.
