Job Description :
- Heading Sales and Marketing for the defense projects
- Formulate Marketing and Sales Strategies to increase current market share and capture new business segments.
- Initiating Collaborations with multiple global/ domestic partners to enter into new product/ domain
- Gather Market intelligence for preparing bidding strategy
- Present the Order Inflow and Sales forecast to the Board of Directors and take necessary steps to achieve them.
- Monitor the Marketing and Sales team with an objective of achieving order inflow, sales & collection target as specified in periodic forecasts.
- Participate in promotional activities including release of advertisements, participation in domestic & global trade shows and updating product portfolio on website for promoting the brand value of the company.
