Head - Sales & Marketing - Dairy/Food & Beverages (15-20 yrs)
Position - Head-Sales & Marketing
Location - Pune
Reporting - Managing Director
- Looking for Head Sales & Marketing for one of the Reputed Milk Producer & Dairy Organization.
- Sales professional from Dairy or Food & Beverage industry and should have 15-20 years in Sales & Distribution.
- All the branch heads/Regional sales Head & Sales Marketing team will report to this role.
Key Responsibilities -
- Shall be Responsible for Business Planning - Domestic & Global-New Business Development; Marketing & closely working with key Customers. Increasing Sale of Products with good profitability by providing basket of products.
- Key Account Management: P&L Management; New revenue generation; Building Training &Team Motivation; High yield business growth strategic.
- Responsible for overall B2B and B2C sales of the company.
- Have a clear knowledge and focus on new channels like Institutions and Modern Trade, E-Commerce to build Distribution, Visibility and Volumes, etc.
- Closely monitoring Distributor infrastructure and its effectiveness.
- Continuous focus on increasing availability of our Products.
- Regular Sales performance review and feedback.

Education: - Post Graduate Diploma / MBA from Premier B School in Sales & Marketing.
