Head - Sales & Marketing - Dairy (20-25 yrs)

Qualification : Graduate and MBA from a reputed institutes.

Job Profile :
1. Overall responsible for Sales & Marketing of Milk and Dairy Products .
2. Responsible for managing the entire gamut and channel sales business & plan strategies for Developing Business and achieving Company's Annual Sales Target.
3. Developing brand plans, marketing strategies, communication, promotions and implementation pan India.
4. Responsible for overall B2B and B2C sales and setting - up Dealer/Distributor across India & globally for additional revenue generation.
5. Responsible for overall B2B and B2C sales of the company.
6. Responsible for overall product management and all marketing related activities.
7. Preparing the annual sale plan including sales plan, budget of sales team, manpower plan, distribution objectives, reporting, costs and margins etc. and agreeing it with top management.
8. Will focus on new channels like Institutions and Modern Trade, E-Commerce to build Distribution, Visibility and Volumes, etc.
Candidate Profile :
- Should have min 20+ years of experience, should be from Dairy companies that have rural distribution channels.
- Should have experience in Milk sales handling network of distributors/retailers and sales teams.
- Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.
