Head - Sales & Marketing - Construction Business (5-7 yrs)

The company is looking at hiring for the following roles:

Sales And Marketing Manager

Job purpose:

- She /he will be responsible for driving the revenue and profitability for the company , through deploying and leveraging the needed marketing strategy

Position and reporting : This is a leadership position reporting to the Vice President India Operations responsible fully for the sales and marketing function

Location: Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu / India)

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand company objectives, and conduct market research to evaluate opportunities, identify potential partners, set pricing, develop pricing strategies, and negotiate contracts

- Contact potential clients, inform them of company products and services, and solicit new business

- Maintain and grow the company's sales pipeline, forecast sales out, time sales to close, and forecast revenue

- Manage the sales team and oversee their performance with respect to the sales of company's products and services to achieve targets

- Develop and manage the company's marketing programs, including implementing marketing plans and budgets

- Develop sales action plans for new and existing clients based on market needs and business objectives

- Develop and execute marketing and sales plans and strategies, drive brand activation as well as manage the marketing budgets

- Create sales strategies to increase company's market footprint

Qualification & Experience:

- Should be a techno commercial person with engineering background

- 5+ years' proven experience as a sales and marketing manager in the construction, industry

- Clarity of thinking

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- People management skills

- Firsthand knowledge of construction, building ingredient space

- Awareness of dealer network , and experience in appointing dealers
