Key Responsibilities: Strategic: - Develop &amp; roll out sales strategy framework to achieve business growth plan - Prepare demand forecast and future projection, develop annual sales budget - Establish &amp; strengthen relationship between the organization &amp; Key accounts/ principal partners - Identification of new markets /new products for high margin &amp; high growth segments - Conduct credit &amp; pricing review with customers Operational: - Gather market/ competitor intelligence to identify threats &amp; opportunities - Set &amp; monitor sales performance, policies, standards &amp; control mechanisms to ensure growth - Lead customer satisfaction surveys &amp; address to customer complaints - Manage Imports/Exports to fulfill customer requirements - Build relationships with Industry experts, apex bodies. Represent in industry associations, trade fairs etc Financial: - Manage &amp; achieve sales revenue, credit control - Prepare &amp; present sales MIS, reporting People-related: - Lead, manage and develop sales/ BD team to ensure business strategy is implemented - Liaise across the organization to ensure sales strategies and activities are integrated with other departments Key Requirements: - MBA/PGDBM (Marketing) + Diploma/ B.E/ B.Tech from premium institute - 15-20 years of experience with minimum 10 years in managing sales function in industrial minerals or related industries - Demonstrate excellent network &amp; understanding of paints/ paper/ coatings/ ceramics industries - Strong business acumen, critical thinking and team management skills - Good relationship building, networking ability &amp; result oriented
