Head - Sales & Marketing

Urgent hiring for the position of Sales Head (IT Co.)

Salary Range : Max. up to 15-18 Lac PA (Depending on candidate's experience and rounds of interviews)

Shift Timings : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Weekly Off : Saturday & Sunday

Education Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate

Experience Required : Min. 10 Years of experience into Sales and Business Development of IT Services

Candidate Requirement :

- Should have Excellent Communication skills

- Experience into Customized Software Selling-Must

- Should have proven record of Customized IT sales success in BFSI verticals.(Must)

- Manage to plan and implement effective Sales and Marketing strategies and plans to achieve business targets

- Has held individual contributor (BDM) role for 5-6 yrs before that.

- Team Handling Experience is Must

- Overseas experience will be an added advantage

Note : Preferred candidates from industries such as Please find below the target Companies Happiest minds, Innominds, Xoriant, Calsoft, Kuliza technologies, Persistent systems

Preference : Notice period is 15 days or 1 Month only.

Apart from JD these points will help you to find the good candidates :

- Selling OPD (Outsourced Product selling),

- Ask them about OPD (Outsourced Product) / PES (Product Engineering) / ADM (Application Development Maintenance)

- Experience in BFSI Vertical

- Candidate should have sold to USA based large companies (no small businesses or entrepreneurs). But if you have held decent size targets in India, selling to Indian BFSI firms, that's ok as well.

- Please understand that they need to have sold OPD and ADM.. i.e. Outsourced product development/ engineering services and application development and maintenance

Job Description :

Position : Sales Head

Experience : More than 10 years

Salary : 15 to 18 Lakh per annum (Salary no bar for good candidates)

Your responsibilities would include :

- Sell outsourced product development/ engineering services and application development and maintenance services. (Overseas experience will be an added advantage).

- Should have proven record of sales success in BFSI verticals.

- Lead Sales team to achieve company's goals, and high standard of professional and compliance excellence

- Manage to plan and implement effective Sales and Marketing strategies and plans to achieve business targets

- Identify new opportunities and facilitate in value selling of Nisos to sales team

- Drive a high performance and customer driven culture within the team to ensure greater accountability and ownership of the team.

- Understand how to qualify opportunities (Budget, Authority, Needs, Timeline).

- Plans and prepare strategy to achieve sales targets & 100% productivity levels for the assigned

- Put in place a system of monitoring for identifying, developing and engaging partners.

- Act as an escalation point for critical and key issues. Engage team on problem resolution.

- Work closely with support teams i.e. Sales, Finance, HR and ensure intra function working is seamless for the sales team.

- Conduct timely sales meeting, reinforce priority areas for the year and co-create solutions with the team to address challenges.

- Establish and manage strong presence in the market

- Manage and support new expectations from management initiatives

Required Skills :

- Must have proven record of sales success in BFSI verticals.

- Has held individual contributor (BDM) role for 5-6 yrs before that.

- Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills (ENGLISH).

- Must have good listening skills, presentation skills & must be independent and a self-starter.
