Head - Sales & Marketing - B2C Segment - FMCD (13-20 yrs)

We are looking for Head Sales & Marketing for the B2C module, the position will be based in Mumbai. The candidate should have experience in heading senior positions in Sales and/or Marketing of larger Consumer facing Businesses.

The position will report to the BU - Head.

Education : MBA + B.Tech

Responsibilities:

1. The incumbent will be heading the Sales & Marketing (B2C) function.

2. To ensure top line and bottom-line revenue and profitability for B2C vertical.

3. He would be responsible for Branch Retail Sales, Product Management and Integrated Marketing Communications for the BU.

4. To focus on Premiumization

5. He would be responsible for strengthening B2C Business Leadership position and enhance the Brand Equity at National and International level.

6. Responsible for winning in the market through driving Strategic Initiatives on Sales Excellence in B2C,like Go to Market Strategy (GTM), Modern Trade Channel Development, Strategic Pricing, investing in Digital Marketing to drive consumer pull.

8. To ensure predictable performance & to institutionalize a new way of working for Sales Planning, Execution & Review, To design and implement a productivity enhancement plan to ensure high-performing field force, To ensure high performing culture is institutionalized and talent retention

9. To ensure compliance as per Internal Audit process guidelines at HO and Branch

5. Geography Specific portfolio .

6. Organizational Capability in terms of enhancing productivity

8. Design and Implement the Product Strategy for long term value creation

10. Focus on contribution in Organizational Compliance's and Improvement Initiatives.
